3. Property Listing & Content Rules
Users who list properties on the Platform agree to the following guidelines:
  • Accuracy: All information, images, prices, and locations provided in a listing must be accurate, genuine, and legally valid.
  • RERA Compliance: Real estate agents, builders, and promoters must strictly comply with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and display their valid RERA registration numbers on listings where mandatory.
  • Prohibited Content: You must not post content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Right to Remove: We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion without prior notice if it violates these Terms.
4. Meaning of "Verified" Properties
  • The tag "Verified" or any similar badge on a listing indicates that the Platform has performed basic digital checks or physical validation of certain parameters provided by the lister.
  • No Guarantee: A "Verified" tag is not a legal certification, endorsement, or structural guarantee of the property. Users are strictly advised to conduct independent legal due diligence, title searches, and physical inspections before making any financial commitments.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
  • Using any automated system, scrapers, or bots to extract data from the Platform.
  • Harassing, spamming, or misusing the contact details of other users.
  • Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or speculative transaction purposes.
  • Posting duplicate listings or misrepresenting property ownership.
6. Paid Subscriptions & Fees
  • Premium Services: While browsing is free, certain listing features or premium advertising packages may require payment.
  • Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable Indian taxes (including GST).
  • Refund Policy: Fees paid for premium packages or advertising services are non-refundable, except as explicitly outlined in our separate Refund Policy or required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability

9. Indemnification
